Ironman NZ 2012 Preperation (Day 5) 20/10/11

Went to sleep far too late once again, bad habit. Over slept and still no swim since Monday. I did however run before work in the 40 minutes I had instead of rocking into the shop and wasting that time. My run fitness is shyte and Auckland is looking a bit scary since my knee is bugging me on the bike, especially under a load, which is how I will need to cycle just to have a chance of qualifying.

Energy levels are up and eating is down, I feel better than ever this week with my legs not like weights. Definately have to get to the pool tonight after work. No excuses!


  • LIFE, family has to come first sometimes, or there will be no family left. Never made it to the pool.
