I woke early but really loved the lie in. Probably should be more motivated to get up and do some training.
I feel quite tired after all the heavy lifting at work yesterday. Can't seem to eat enough to keep my energy levels up. I wonder if I need a rest, I'm getting sick or the extra dosage of those pills is wearing me out.
I seem to be in a bit of a grump all day. I don't know why it is and I don't know where it comes from but I know it's not good. Hopefully it's not a regression to my old ways as my body adjusts to the medication. I will need to get away from work fast to get to the Youth Squad tonight. Looking forward to teaching them bike stuff at Westpac Stadium. Should be a great area to do skills on the concourse.
Coaching went really well, the kids seem to like what we are doing. The only thing about coaching, it does take a lot of time, time that I would normally use for training. I guess I'll have to chose either to coach or to race one day. My body won't always be able to handle the load I'm asking of it. Didn't do any training today, hopefully the rest will help me with training tomorrow.
