96kg OUCH!!
Swam for 45 mins before work. I really need to be able to wake up and go swimming much earlier again. 1500m in 23.04.
New short term goal
SWIM 4 times a week!
The weather packed in about 4.30 and didn't get out for the run, Jane set the bikes up for a spin session but spent all night on the phone. I managed 30 min but legs were so heavy from yesterday. Damn fatigue.
Auckland only 33 days away. 1 month blast session!!!
