So had the day off work today. Yeah!
Started off with a trip to the physio. Even though I've been more than slack with my exercises, my form is better. Good enough that i don't need to in back. Trying some strapping on my knee for the race in Auckland.
Training ended up being a 3 1/2 hour brick session and died while running. Had good weather and met up with Jane for the run, and she smoked me.
Had the kids triathlon squad to teach tonight. Brave souls were in the water at Scorching Bay. Perfectly flat and wind completely died off. Perfect night for them. Had a great time.
Doc still hasn't called. Will wait for him to call me now.
