Have just a swim scheduled today. Lazy 3.8km. Will do tonight. The wind is really picking up so I'm glad i don't have a big bike ride to do unlike tomorrow. Not sure if he strapping on my knee is doing anything at all but hasn't gotten any worse than before. Will find out when i take it off.
Having no problems at work. Nothing getting to me at all, not even those buggy customers that just wine until they get what they want.
Got called by the doctor, told him about getting angry and not being able to stay in control like i was on the previous medication. He has suggested i double my dosage first and see how that goes. I guess i have quite a few pills to go so we'll see how that possesses.
Had to forgo the swim as Jane had a really tough day and i stayed to support her as best i could. Not the best just that as s usually don't say the right thing. I am noticing that Jane's issues aren't getting me as wound up as they used to. Either i care less or I'm on the improve.
Anyhow hope the wind dies down, got a 2 1/2 hour bike to do tomorrow.
