Coach has given us a rest day, but had to take Alex to swimming so we were up early and in the water too. Just a lazy 3km before work. Great, I get to work for 1 day then another off. Great schedule!
I notice that I am a lot calmer and the small things don't get me upset. The only problem is that there is this over riding feeling of tiredness that hangs around. I wonder if there is any way I can work around the lethargic feeling I get on these.
After getting home from work, feeling exhausted, we ended up cleaning up and crashing out early. Not a very eventful day.
